I refuse to share the reasons why the following songs make me cry, some of them are painfully obvious but others have stories behind them. Anyway, I hope you will all join in this week and add your post to the Mister Linky at the bottom of this post, as well as the one at Ordinary and Awesome.
001. Dead Meadow - Black Label Society
002. The Promise - Tracy Chapman
003. Three Times a Lady - Commodores
004. Slipped Away - Avril Lavigne
005. Goodbye My Lover - James Blunt
006. Look What You've Done - Jet
007. Try - Nelly Furtado
008. Nineteen - Tegan and Sara
009. You Can't Put Your Arms Around a Memory - Dax Riggs (Johnny Thunders cover)
010. I'm Your Man - Nick Cave (Leonard Cohen cover)

Number 3 made me giggle for some reason. I know that song, but I usually find it more cheesy than beautiful. I am not sure why. I know it's a lot of people's, like, wedding song and what-not.
I LOVE that Jet song. It is so good. I first heard it on A Lot Like Love, and went out and got the soundtrack to that movie that night.
I posted 20 freakin' songs this week. I started with over 36!!! haha
That Teegan and Sara song is amazing. "Three Times a Lady" always makes me think of Eddie Murphy on Saturday Night Live.
